The staff patiently explained the whole procedure to him, discussing what to expect and answering any questions he had.As the placement began, the orthodontist & dental assistant worked together seamlessly, demonstrating great skill and care. Braedyn was shown how to properly insert and remove the aligners, with clear instructions on how to maintain them for optimal results.After the aligners were in place, Braedyn received tips on how to manage any discomfort that might arise, along with advice on when to return for follow-up appointments. Although he did experience some mouth pain afterward, he felt confident knowing he was in capable hands. Overall, the experience was positive, and he left the office feeling hopeful about his journey ahead to an even more handsome smile."
"I met with the staff and orthodontist mid March to discuss my options to fix my smile. I am 35 and had wire braces as a child but like many, did not wear my retainer. I was really impressed with the space. It’s very nice and welcoming and the staff are so friendly. I decided to move forward with Invisalign and got my trays yesterday. The process was pain-free, seamless, and the staff again was great to work with. I can’t wait to see the progress that I make. I am getting into a new routine, which I know will take time but will be worth it in the end. I highly recommend Shenandoah Valley orthodontics if you are in the market for straighter teeth."

"I brought my daughter in for a consultation and the office was nothing short of amazing. They were so welcoming from the moment we stepped in the door. They greeted us, had a welcome sign for all the patients coming that day and they offered coffee, tea, water while we waited. Very quickly the staff welcomed us back to give us a tour of the office and start the photos and exam. We quickly got through all the X-rays and photos and then talked to the dentist and tech about their ortho plan. They explained the options and their plan and were very thorough. They gave my daughter a welcome gift, which was very thoughtful! Since it’s summer the office was offering a “sweet treat” of ice cream to all patients. I cant wait to continue working them as my daughter starts her Invisalign.Super clean and nice office and great staff! I highly recommend them to all friends and family! "Our daughter was the first of our 4 kids to need orthodontic treatment and we are thrilled with our experience! She just finished her first phase of Invisalign and the results are astounding. I still can’t believe everything that can be done by Invisalign, but I’m so glad she gets to avoid all the crazy contraptions and pain I went through. We had nothing, but a great experience from our initial consultation, to scanning and communicating on the app, to her last appointment! The convenience is truly so perfect for busy families and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. I will also add that I’m so grateful to them for noticing how large my oldest son’s adenoids were. Because of them he had them removed and he can breathe and sleep so much better! I cannot recommend SVO anymore and we will certainly continue our orthodontic treatment with them for all 4 of our kids in the coming years!"

"My dentist referred me to SVO because he suspected my teeth misalignment was causing the TMJ issues I’ve had for many years. My consultation with Ashley Hoffman and Dr. Song was very thorough and eye opening. They addressed all my concerns. I knew I was in good hands and had confidence in my proposed treatment plan. The doctors and entire office staff at SVO are great. After 13 months my treatment is almost complete. I wish I had known 20 years ago that orthodontics was a solution to my TMJ issues. I could have prevented multiple cracked teeth, root canals and 2 dental implants over the years. Even at age 60 it’s never too late to start treatment. I highly recommend SVO!"

"My family has been attending this practice for at least 14 years. Five of my kids plus my spouse have been through treatments here and the professionalism and courtesy of the entire staff has been first class. The doctors and the staff consistantly have been kind and compassionate with each of my patients. When we first sought out orthodontic treatment for our first child, we went to a different practice in Winchester and the doctor there called my child "dracula" to her face because of her malignment. Totally unprofessional and we left that practice immediately and landed at SVO. Without question, this is the best of the best and we've never looked back. One more child will probably receive a treatment. I think this should earn me my own named wing at their practice. Having continued at this practice for 14+ years and with all of the treatments I have managed between my kids and wife, I have yet to find anything to complain about with this practice. A+++"

They had an iPad room for kids as well as a coffee bar for adults! The technicians and doctors were very knowledgeable and professional. X-rays and photos were taken free of charge and a full assessment was done by the doctor as well. They made my son and I feel comfortable and relaxed. They spent lots of time with us explaining how the processes of orthodontics normally work and what they thought my son needed in future. While there we also saw all the staff sing and dance in celebration of another patient getting their braces off. They really work at making the office a fun place to be for kids (and adults!). I will continue taking my son here for follow ups and eventually braces. Would highly recommend to others."

"I was referred here by a friend on Facebook with very high expectations. When you enter a place with such high standards, its not very often that they 100% meet those expectations but exceed them by far. To start the entire staff makes you feel so very comfortable in a place almost everyone feels uncomfortable going to. There was basically no wait time, by the time I finished my paper work I had already had two x-rays and dental pictures taken and was being sat down for my consultation. The office is so forward thinking and clean with complete transparency. On top of them already doing everything you would ask of your orthodontists they offer above and beyond customer service with an iPad station, coffee bar, reward programs, and more. The best part out of all the many parts though is how comfortable and easily they walk you through the process and work with you to assure you their is nothing freighting about your ortho experience from the work they do in your mouth to the payment options at the end of your visits. I enjoyed my visit so much I was almost happy that my teeth needed an orthodontists just so that I got to experience The Shenandoah Valley Orthodontics office."

"My twins went for consolation today. One has real anxiety of the dentist. Ms Jacky came out and got them for pictures while I completed paper work. Not only did they go with her, when I was done the paper work they were coming back out and they laughing and smiling. Ms Jacky is a true miracle worker. She and Dr Lil then sat with us and discussed all the needed orthodontics for each of them. The boys are Eight and felt very comfortable asking questions. Each of them where answered. They treated my Boys with the utmost respect and I can not thank them enough. They are my second and third child going to this office. Nothing but positive comments about the entire staff."

"We have been with Shenandoah Valley Orthodontics since May 2015. Our experience has been superb. They run an efficient yet personable business. They are very professional and appear to have state of the art electronics, scheduling and office setup. They explained each step in detail and provided pros and cons of waiting (we decided not to wait after our consultation and seeing how crowded her teeth were). We had a few snafus with my daughter's braces and had a few extra visits. They worked us in quickly despite having a full schedule.
