"Serendipitously, my 9 year old was referred to SVO for developmental orthodontics. My 14 year old was simultaneously scheduled for braces- but with our family dentist. (Which we paid $150 consultation fee for.) I didn’t feel informed enough to decide on traditional braces or Invisalign (my son’s preference) for him. I had traditional braces 30 years ago and my experience was not pleasant. I didn’t know enough about Invisalign to make an informed choice. Considering the time, money and effort involved with orthodontics, we went to Shenandoah Valley Ortho.Our family has multiple patients who are different ages, and have very different treatment needs. (Our consultation was completely free)We were in awe of this place. The office is state of the art and the customer service and attention to detail is genuinely - thoughtful.Welcoming my kids - by name on their reception sign, offering us refreshments, having plenty of things to do to keep kids busy while we waited, a guided tour, futuristic X-rays and scans, to even having small personalized gifts prepared for each of them that just says “thanks for choosing us, cause you didn’t have to.” From our first consultation until now, it’s been effortless as the parent of double orthodontic patients, simultaneously, with different needs.Our treatment coordinator, Bonnie, went above and beyond to customize our care and ensure we understood every step. She followed through on everything she told us, and it was enjoyable to work with her.Until you’ve seen your child’s bite model in 3D on a huge flat screen, while a knowledgeable and experienced orthodontist explains to you what needs to be corrected, followed by a digital demonstration of the process from start to finish before finally revealing a visual image of the end result to give you a sneak preview of how remarkable your kid’s new smile is before it’s even happened…..well then you just haven’t been to Shenandoah Valley Orthodontics."
"Our son has been in traditional braces since September and today our daughter started Invisalign. Cathy was wonderful and so patient with explaining everything to my 8 year old and making sure she was comfortable and understood how to use the app for weekly scans. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!"
"We love SVO! The staff is so friendly and personable. My youngest had a rough time with sucking her thumb so we added a thumb cage, then went Invisalign. She was struggling with Invisalign but the staff worked with me for onsite visits versus scans to hold her accountable. Doing so ended her first phase months earlier! Then for myself I had braces back in the day with SVO but I did the express treatment and boom back to normal! My oldest daughter is loving her smile too now that she is in her Invisalign! 10/10 recommend to the whole family and friends."

"First off you walk in there and it’s so clean in the atmosphere, feels like you just stepped into an spa, you’re immediately greeted. While u wait they had a coffee and hot coco that has tables and it has coloring pages for the kids. All the staff are so sweet. I went in for a free consultation for my daughter to see about braces. They went through all the info and explained everything we needed to know and never tried to pressure us into choosing them to do my daughter’s braces. They even gave my daughter a gift when we went into the again free consultation and it was a very nice quality tumbler with her name put on there. I’m so glad we got referred to them. We made the apt to go back and get her braces 4 weeks later and now we’re on week 1 of invisilian. Thanks again for making my daughter getting braces a comfortable and great experience"
"This is, unfortunately, my second time going through them and everyone is so sweet and amazing! The first time I went through SVO, I was 11/12 years old, and I had braces for roughly 2.5 years. The process my teeth went through was so impressive! I started Invisalign treatments this time, as my teeth were starting to go back to the original form with lack of previous Invisalign wear (pregnancy did a toll on me), and all I can say is I’m so glad I’m going back through SVO. It’s so worth the hour drive!!"

"Awesome experience with SVO! I have two sons with braces on. One has Invisalign and the other has conventional braces. My oldest son just finished his Invisalign ahead of predicted schedule. The staff gave him a singing send off and a bag of goodies when he has his attachments removed!! Staff is always excellent and friendly"
"Bringing my son Hunter F. to SVO has been an awesome experience! My sons teeth are gorgeous! Very pleased! The staff was always so happy, helpful and caring. And patient with my many questions :0) They also worked with me financially when we had to switch insurances and extend our payments, so nice!! The waiting area with all its amenities, and raffles to enter is such a treat!! You feel VIP! :0). Again, its been a great experience. I will take my other son there when its time for his braces. "We just had our initial consultation. The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time spent going over treatment options. My son left excited about braces because of the many things SVO does to engage his age group. They were also so very kind to my younger daughter who sat through the consultation."
"My daughter Shelby wanted nothing to do with braces. She hated the dentist and was all but forced through the doors the first time. But everyone at SVO is awesome! !!! She was immediately at ease and left ready and willing to cone again. Now she actually looks forward to and reminds me about her appointments!!! I love their office layout and preg floor plan. My younger daughter loves their ipads. I'd recommend them to anyone! !"
