I was referred here by a friend when my 8 year old needed a consultation. He was incredibly nervous about the potential of braces. I had a great experience setting up the consultation and during the consultation. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. As we walked into our first appointment to get him Invisalign, I remember thinking, now that they have us, I wonder if the red carpet will be rolled back up and put away. It was not. The front desk staff was so friendly and Jen R was amazing with my son. She was so patient and reassuring and kind to him. You could tell she had plenty of experience with nervous, fidgety kids.
