"I met with the staff and orthodontist mid March to discuss my options to fix my smile. I am 35 and had wire braces as a child but like many, did not wear my retainer. I was really impressed with the space. It’s very nice and welcoming and the staff are so friendly. I decided to move forward with Invisalign and got my trays yesterday. The process was pain-free, seamless, and the staff again was great to work with. I can’t wait to see the progress that I make. "I had my first orthodontist appointment at SVO earlier this year. Addie was amazing in welcoming me into the office and doing all of my initial scans. I then worked with Tara and Dr. Song to see what the best options were for the health and look of my smile. Tara explained in detail what ortho appliances they offered that could potentially help me. Dr. Song then came in and walked me through my images to discuss what he believed to be the best course of action to correct my concerns. Tara then helped me find some oral surgeon options for tooth extractions prior to starting invisalign. She was also super helpful in the breakdown financially of what invisalign would look like for me. I then returned for my first appointment for invisalign with Kathy, she was awesome! She had me laughing the entire time and explained the process of invisalign to me. I left with no questions and felt good about the experience. I’ve always felt like I was in good hands at SVO, and look forward to continuing to correct my smile 😁"

"I have been with this office for over 1 year, and this is my orthodontist, hopefully it will be for my kids too. I recommend this office because of their fair-price tag for my 17 months Invisalign plan, while other orthodontist offices were $500 more.Secondly,I believe that everyone there had a good amount of training and experience because I am never disappointed with their help/advise. I always asked questions at every appointment and “a whole lot more during the consultation day”, and no one has made me feel rushed or treated rudely.I enjoy the little fun stuff that the office host, like mothers day flower bouquets, Halloween treats , free ice cream bar week, and they always have “hot coffee,tea, hot chocolate, and water bottle available”.The waiting area is always so beautiful, following holiday decors, and there are so many waiting area sections."

As someone who had a came in with pretty severe case (also in my late 20s), SVO worked with me to get my braces off in a timely manner with near perfect results. For me, I paid the full amount from the beginning and at no point did I think they were cutting corners to get me out, which I think is incredibly important. They took the extra steps to make sure I was fully satisfied with my outcome even when it meant extra appointments in the office or sets of braces/Invisalign. The technology is amazing and it helps for parents to understand what is needed for their child. Dr. DeArment was great with my children, funny, and it was amazing how he knew my children's habits based on their teeth structure - unbelievable knowledge and experience! "My family has been attending this practice for at least 14 years. Five of my kids plus my spouse have been through treatments here and the professionalism and courtesy of the entire staff has been first class. The doctors and the staff consistantly have been kind and compassionate with each of my patients. When we first sought out orthodontic treatment for our first child, we went to a different practice in Winchester and the doctor there called my child "dracula" to her face because of her malignment. Totally unprofessional and we left that practice immediately and landed at SVO. Without question, this is the best of the best and we've never looked back. One more child will probably receive a treatment. I think this should earn me my own named wing at their practice. Having continued at this practice for 14+ years and with all of the treatments I have managed between my kids and wife, I have yet to find anything to complain about with this practice. A+++"

"Anyone who knows me will no that my biggest area of self confidence issues has been my teeth. I would joke about them before others could. If I smiled at all, it was with a closed mouth. Laughing almost always meant covering my mouth with my hand. Between the overbite, overjet, and never having many of my adult teeth grow in after losing my baby teeth, my mouth felt like something out of a horror movie. Seven months ago I started Invisalign, and while I still have at least one more round of aligners and jaw surgery to finish, the results in such a short time have been almost miraculous.
