Customized Removable Appliances for Every Smile
Based on your specific orthodontic needs, our orthodontists may recommend a removable orthodontic appliance. There are several types of removable appliances available. Depending on your Individual needs and goals, we may suggest one or more of the following:
- Clear Invisalign® aligners — a discreet alternative to traditional braces. We customize these aligners to fit over your teeth and gently move your teeth to their correct positions. Because they are made of clear, smooth plastic, they are both comfortable and virtually invisible.
- Habit appliances — customized to help stop tongue thrusting and thumb sucking, which can have a dramatic effect on the way children's teeth, palate, and jaws develop.
- Retainer — used to maintain your straight, beautiful smile after orthodontic treatment. There are several types of retainers available, and our team will help you determine which type is best suited to your needs.
- Mouth guard — protect your smile from injury and damage. We often recommend protective mouth guards for patients who participate in sports and other athletic activities.
- Night guard — help for patients who grind or clench their teeth as they sleep. The night guard creates a barrier between the teeth to protect them.

I was referred here by a friend when my 8 year old needed a consultation. He was incredibly nervous about the potential of braces. I had a great experience setting up the consultation and during the consultation. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. As we walked into our first appointment to get him Invisalign, I remember thinking, now that they have us, I wonder if the red carpet will be rolled back up and put away. It was not. The front desk staff was so friendly and Jen R was amazing with my son. She was so patient and reassuring and kind to him. You could tell she had plenty of experience with nervous, fidgety kids. Literally everyone we encountered was great! I have already referred two people to them because I’ve been so impressed.
