"Love it!! I was a patient at Shenandoah Orthodontics from 2020-2024, and it was nothing but great! I got both Invisalign and braces (I had a lot of teeth problems). In the past, I didn’t think I cared much about how my teeth looked, but now I am so happy with them!! The entire staff is incredibly nice, and they do a great job! I was always greeted with a smile. "I have 2 children currently in Invisalign, 1 child has completed their alignment using Invisalign. All 3 with Shenandoah Valley Orthodontics. We love them!They have addressed all my concerns.A different orthodontist wanted to pull 4 of my child’s teeth. Shenandoah Valley Orthodontics did it with out having to pull out any teeth!!Another of my children has a veneer on her front tooth. I was worried about placing a bracket on a false tooth, Invisalign solved this problem beautifully!! All have beautiful smiles!"

"Shenandoah Valley Orthodontics (SVO) is a great place to go take care of your teeth. All of the staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door and as if I was a friend. The entire SVO team was very professional examining and providing many different solutions for my orthodontic desire. "My son came in and was told that he would be a great candidate for Invisalign. I didn't know how he would do, but he is doing great. He is taking responsibility for wearing them like he should and cleaning and brushing his teeth each time he takes them out. He loves going to the office for his appointments. The staff are very friendly and know how to work well with children embarking on a new adventure. For me, the staff is knowledgeable and organized. We were able to do our first consult virtually which was a good fit for us at the time. I love the office atmosphere and its beautiful state-of-the-art appearance. We were excited to know what our insurance would cover prior to treatment and happy to hear that there was a payment plan. I would definitely recommend Shenandoah Valley Orthodontics!"

"Got braces when I was in high school bout 10 years ago at Shenandoah valley orthodontics would highly recommend this place as the drs. Are very professional and friendly .....Had to go back a few years ago and get new retainers and they greeted me like I was still a current patient pulled up my old charts and everything right away even though it had been over 7 years and got me what I needed in 2 appointments and all was good Thank you for such a good experience"

"😁 all smiles! We’ve had a great experience with all the doctors and staff at Shenandoah Valley Orthodontics! The office and waiting area are tidy and have lots of conveniences from a coffee bar for adults who need a pick-me-up to iPads for the kids to use while they wait. Speaking of “wait”, there is hardly ever a wait! We are always seen in a timely fashion and setting up appointments has never been an issue. I also really appreciate that the doctors are friendly and treat our child with respect. And, let’s not forget the care and treatment our daughter has received so far - amazing! "Shenandoah Family Orthodontics is great! The office is clean and inviting, the staff is kind and pleasant, and the level of service is second to none. I did not have braces when I was young, so I did not know what to expect when I was told our oldest son would need them. SVO arranged our first appointment quickly, and when it was done I left feeling confident that my son would be receiving good care. Each step was explained clearly, and they made sure I understood what to expect, and answered all of our questions. They are flexible with appointments, even those for "emergencies" that seem to happen in between (my son has popped more than his fair share of brackets). The staff (especially Bonnie) is always friendly and personable. Each seems to know my son personally, and they all treat him like family. We're about half-way through treatment now, and I can see a tremendous change in my son's smile. I am pretty sure my youngest son will also need braces, and SVO will be where we go."

Everyone in the office was kind and friendly just as I remember when I was a kid 16 years ago. They are in a new office which is very patient friendly, nice and very clean. "All the staff at Shenandoah Valley Orthodontics have been amazing! I had braces as a child, and now, in my 30s, needed invisalign because my bottom teeth had become over crowded. I was very nervous about the process and had tons of questions. Getting Invisalign was practically painless with the help of all the staff there! I could email or call anytime and they would always be more than willing to answer all my questions. The price I paid for my Invisalign was also the lowest out of all the many places I went for consultations. The consultation was free and very in-depth and detailed as they went through every part of the process with me, which was awesome and helped me to understand everything that was going to happen. Every single one of their staff members are cheerful, so sweet, and always smiling! I have never been to a place with better customer service!
