"We initially had 3 consults scheduled for my oldest daughter a couple years ago. I wound up canceling the other 2 after our consult with Shenandoah Valley Orthodontics seemed like the obvious choice and backed up what others had told me. Zero regrets on that decision! Their facility is top notch, clean, and state of the art. Even the kids love to visit with a lobby full of things to keep them occupied. They will give you an HONEST, full assessment of what your best options are. It's clear that they will not steer you in any direction directed towards profits and will continue to see you as long as needed without the worry of receiving extra bills in the mail. The atmosphere from the front desk to Dr. Lill & Dr. DeArment and everyone in between is full of employees who are friendly, child interactive, positive, and love their jobs!
